Required Documents:

Personal Documents:

• Current (valid for at least 6 months) and Old passports
• Recent Passport Size photo 2 x 2 size
• Birth certificate/National ID Card of applicant (s)
• Father, Mother’s date of birth & place of birth
• Spouse’s address & date of birth & place of birth

Professional Documents:

• Trade license, memorandum of article, VAT, IRC etc. (For Business Person)
• No objection certificate from the employer granting leave for the specified period (For Employees)
• Pay Slip / Salary statement (For Employees)
• Visiting Card
• G.O. & Note verbal for official passport holders. (For Govt. Officials)

Financial Documents:

• Bank Statement (personal & business) showing consistent history for a period of last 6 months (recent).
• Bank Solvency Certificate
• Income Tax Certificate
• Monthly Income (Amount Needed)
• Copies of documents showing other funds available-such as FDR, saving certificate, share statement etc. (if available)
• Valuation of other Assets (if any)
