Required Documents:
Personal Documents:
- Current (valid for at least 6 months) and Old passports
- Two recent Color Photograph with white background (Passport size))
- Birth certificate/National ID Card of the applicant (s)
- Family information
Professional Documents:
- Trade license, memorandum of article, VAT, IRC, etc. (for Business Person)
- Business Letter head (for Business Person)
- No objection certificate from the employer granting leave for the specified period (for Employees)
- Pay Slip / Salary statement (for Employees)
- Visiting Card
- G. O. & Note verbal for official passport holders. (for Gov. Officials)
Financial Documents:
- Bank Statement (personal & business) showing consistent history for a period of the last 6 months (recent).
- Bank Solvency Certificate
- Copies of documents showing other funds available-such as FDR, saving certificate, share statement, etc. (if available)
- Income Tax Certificate
- Valuation of Fixed Assets such as Land, Building, etc. (if any).
Overseas Documents:
- Personal Invitation letter
- Invitee passport copy
- Bank statement copy
- Tenancy agreement paper
- Utility Bill copy
- Invoice, Brochure, Leaflet, etc.
- For business visit
- Business Invitation letter (For Business person in case of Business Invitation)
